Instructions

BistroHIMSS.com provides the ability to purchase Bistro Tickets online. In order to do so, please follow these steps:

1. Select a day and location for lunch.
1. View Show Floor Diagram
2. Review the Bistro HIMSS Menu
3. Add Bistro Tickets to your shopping cart. Tickets can be purchased in the following packages:
1. Table of 10
1. Perfect for small lunch conferences and round table discussions
2. Includes: One (1) large round table with 10 seats
3. 20 Bistro tickets
2. Table of 4
1. Perfect for small sales meetings
2. Includes: One (1) small square table with 4 seats
3. 10 Bistro tickets
3. Breakfast Meeting Option
   Includes lunch tickets and a reserved table from 8:00am - 10:30am
4. Bistro Ticket confirmation and receipt will be e-mailed to you 
   
5. Bistro Tickets can be picked up at the kiosk near Exhibitor Registration starting on Sunday February 20, 2011 from 9:00am – 4:00pm.  Bistro Tickets can also be picked up at the Bistro HIMSS location in HALL E from 8:00am – 4:00pm each day during the convention, beginning on February 21, 2011.
6. Invite Guests to have lunch with you at your reserved table
   Schedule meetings with your guests at your table. The table is reserved for you for the entire day. Bistro HIMSS serves lunch daily from 11:00am – 2:30 pm.
7. Visit Bistro HIMSS with Bistro tickets during lunch.
8. Our Bistro Host will show you to your table, and will offer to book dinner reservations for you after the show.
